How to take apart a #38 Water Tower.

So I finally found a pump but I can't find a way to get the tower open to replace it. Anyone know how to access the pump?

This thread is a few years old but several men offered solutions and some mentioned taking it apart. Maybe you could private message them if they haven’t seen your request.
