I was going to stop by recently, but your store is only open 10 hours, two days a week right now. I have to admit that that really bothers me. Sorry, but I'm not going to go out of my way to patronize your store when Stockyard Express is open everyday. I have tried to spread my purchases between your store, Stockyard, and Mercer Jct. but if you are going to run a mostly web based business then you will be competing on price alone. There is no value add if I can't get in the store.

Sorry to hear about that and I totally understand. It's unfortunate but in our local market of Akron we simply don't have the foot traffic to the store during the summer to support being open any more hours in the summer. We simply lose money.  So while I sympathize with you we have no other choice during these summer months or we would have to close our doors forever.  Hopefully when we get to September and we resume our normal hours we will be able to service you in person in a way that is beneficial to you.  Thanks for your patronage.

There is a fishing tackle store in Akron, Ohio called Land Big Fish. It is located at 3333 Manchester Rd. Akron, Ohio. Great place to buy fishing lures. How close are you to them? I was thinking maybe some day I would like to visit this fishing tackle store and after I'm done there, I would stop at your store.

We are only 12 minutes away from there. We'd lovve to have you visit so let us know when you are coming to town. Another thing to do in Akron would be to catch the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad from the Northside Station. It's a terrific ride through the valley and stopping of in Penninsula is a great idea.

Aaron, maybe next year if you have a 10% sale, give a the 10% discount to everyone regardless if they are ordering online, standing in your store or talking to you on the phone. That way, you can do away with the promo code. This way all of your customers are treated the same.

Oh yes for sure. We had never done this before so I wasn't sure if we'd be able to handle it in person or on the phone with our point of sale system but we are now ready for it so next time it will be able to be executed very way possible. Thanks.
