My grandson decided to test the durability of our Thomas train set. The internal plastic frame broke at all the screw holes. When I took it apart a few months ago I didn't think there was a replacement part so I didn't pay a whole lot of attention of the order of how I took it all apart.
So if I get stuck I might post some pictures if anyone can help.

The screw wholes can be repaired I can help you contact me by email if you want it repaired! What exactly is broken are the electronic ok!

I had the same problem with the TTT engine with low pulling power. I used a 3D printer, an early 2026 engine and smoke unit, some of the TTT engine parts and this is what I ended up with. J50 Engine with face options
I use JB-Weld to repair the screw holes as a rule. I fill the whole post with JB-Weld, and if a post is split, I cover it with brass tubing and then fill it with JB-Weld.

Gee, for $6 I'd buy the part too.
