Industrial Rail Trolley

StoshuOGR Forum Member

I have 2 or 3 of these trolleys and they run great, when they run.

The biggest problem is the nylon gearing they use.

I don't really care if the trolley reveres or not. I'm would like to

change the power truck. Maybe a powered truck with a can motor ?

Has anyone try to salvage/modify one of these ?

What did you do ?

Atlas is now making the IR trolleys, and have updated the mechanisms with metal gears. Alas, they're not horribly forthcoming with replacement gears for the older cars...
