I have a section that came with VL Big Boy. I will be taking out a section of switches making a move to the Ross. I use Atlas track. Is it worth the bother (opinions), or ignore it. I run DCS with 2 AIUs operating switches and accessories. Thanks.

Since you already have one, it could be a good idea to install it now while you have the opportunity while doing track modifications. You never know, you just might end up with a Legacy system one of these days.
I agree with John as I spent the day pulling up a small section of Gargraves and Atlas track to install the sensor track.
You can also pull the guts out of the sensor track section and just use them in the new track.
