Instruction sheet for installing smoke fix in Veranda Turbine?

If anyone received instructions on how to install the smoke deflector fix MTH sent out for the Veranda Turbine front smoke unit to make the smoke come out of the correct opening could they please post it or email me a copy? Thanks!
