I’ve got 5 IR Sensor Tracks in my layout, and they’ve been working great. I decided to move 2 of them to get them in a closer proximity to a crossing, so the IR sensors could be used to blow horns / whistles on locomotives approaching grade crossing. Both loops of track that I moved them to have a command controlled turnout as the next track section. Now, neither of them will work, and an IR equipped locomotive passing over them doesn’t even flash the LED as it typically would. Checked LCS cable connections (same ones that were previously used when they both worked) and all is fine with them. Moved both sensor tracks one section away from turnouts, and both work fine (again). The issue is that I’m really trying to place them next to the two turnouts, both because of proximity to grade crossing, but also because I now have 2 holes large enough to allow the LCS ends to go through drilled in my table top under the track section next to each turnout. Any ideas why these sensor tracks don’t seem to work when located next to a turnout?  The turnouts are getting their power directly from track (I use Legacy engines exclusively, so 18v on the rails at all times).  I’m perplexed. Thanks for your thoughts!
