Other than the above mentioned digital library, the answer is "no", but a good project for anyone with too much time on their hands would be to create one, and post it here in a few months when they've finished.
Would certainly take quite some time, as from 1970 to current there are more than 25,000 items.
I've also heard that current Lionel, in just 2 recent years of production, produces more unique PNs than the entire postwar period.
Here's a starting reference-
For 2000 to 2014: Lionel Model Train Catalogs for Classic Trains, Visionline, K-Line and Christmas (lionelsupport.com)
For 2011-present: Train Gifts & Collectibles: The Lionel Trains Catalog
The only one for the MPC era I know of requires being a member of the LCCA.
I personally would highly recommend joining the LCCA (I have been with them since 2011). As a member, you have access to exclusive LCCA products, publications, and the Historical Model Train Archive. The archive contains Lionel Catalogs, magazines, service manuals, advertisements, and much more.
This is a screenshot of the Archive in the Member's only section.

Hi Bryce, great post, On your first link to the Lionel Website, there is a "Resources" tab at the top, under that heading is a "Owners Manuals"
https://www.lionelsupport.com/service-documents/
In this section is a drop down menu for "Product Supplements". This is the holy grail for parts lists and exploded repair diagrams.
The first supplement is over 500 pages and with a starting date of 1970

Dave,
I never knew that! It is true that you learn something new everyday. Thank you for letting me know.

I guess I should unveil my own Index into the Lionel Supplements that I have compiled and host. It provides clickable links to the exact page within the exact supplement for a given product.

That is truly impressive! Those supplements are a bit big to find specific items, even with their index in the front. Thank you so much!
There is a wiki for what you want, but it needs contributors. It is just barely off the ground now!

If everyone would add a subject to the Lionel wiki every once in awhile, over time it could become awesome.
Become a contributor!
The product search on Lionel.com has virtually all items from 2000 to present, excluding uncataloged items. Note the older items show up in the archives tab in the search results.
May want to find a copy of the last TM Books & Video Modern Era guide, off the top of my head the last one was published around 2003, they were an excellent source of info, much better than the Greenberg guides regarding content and accuracy.

This must have taken months to accomplish. Thank you for sharing.
O Scale Trains Lover - Per the quote about trains and stagecoaches you have at the bottom of your posts - I thought you might like this one from the book Travel On Southern Antebellum Railroads, 1828-1860 - by Alvarez
"But the impact of rail travel and its changing influences through speed was best recorded in 1836 by the Virginia lawyer James Davidson:
If my great grand father had have been told that his great grand son, at this day, would dine at one in the evening and go to bed the same evening 120 miles distant, he would have called the Prophet a fool."
