JLC GG1 Battery Cable Replacement

The battery cable broke to the clip on battery connector in the JLC GG1. I believe the engine part number is #71-8354-250. Can anyone help me find the part number for a new plug-in cable and directions on how to remove the shell and replace the cable? Thank you.

If you can solder you could remove shell clip off and solder on any 9V terminal end that can be purchased from an electronic store or salvaged from and item using a 9V battery. G
