Micro-Mark, the small tool people sell them.
I make most of my own out of various thicknesses of styrene or poster board. I don't always need one the thickness they sell. they only sell one thickness but the shims are cut to the size of the coupler box.

Agreed. I make my own from Evergreen styrene strips at .500" wide, and varying thicknesses from .040" to .120". I think those Micro-Mark shims are way too expensive and generally NOT the thickness I require anyway.
