I am running O54 and O64 curves on my layout and am thinking about converting to Kadee couplers. I am concerned about my MTH auto carriers. Will there be enough clearance on the O54 curves with the Kadee couplers installed?

Probably not if you body mount the couplers, however Kadee does have long shank style couplers in the 740 series now. If you are really resourceful, you might try mounting the Kadee on the truck mounting bar for the big claw coupler, thus providing a "talgo style" coupler arrangement.
