Kline coal ramp (lionel) 6-21450

Wanted to see if anyone has had experience with this coal ramp. Is it a nice ramp for the money? Does anyone know if the lionel coal loader model 397 will fit under this tack without having to modify. I have seen the Lionel 456 coal ramp paired with the 397 coal loader acc. and it looks nice.
