I sent my Atlas O Master Chessie System Ext. View Caboose to Atlas O just over a week ago for repair. The red flashing light would go dim or go out. I bought this new in 2006 . The voltage reg. was bad. They replaced it very fast and didn't charge me for the repair got it back today. Real happy with atlas.

Yes i did. I always had good service from them even when i was in HO scale. I know some have with them.
That is very good to know, I love the Atlas O rolling stock. I just picked up an Atlas SW-9 from a guy on the forums and I'm hoping if I ever have a need to send it in, I'll get the same great service you received. They are a great company. Thanks for sharing that information with us.
Your Welcome J Motts !!!

if you don't mind me piggybacking on your thread, I share the same sentiments about Atlas. I sent an RS3 in to Bill Serratelli and the service/repair time was outstanding. He/Atlas does a great job in addressing problems quickly and efficiently.
Bill
Thats ok why i put this up here LOL. Bill did the repair on my caboose.
Here's another plug for Atlas' customer service. I've had a few locomotives in for repair and each has been taken care of promptly. I'm very impressed with Atlas and was extremely pleased when the company joined the ranks of three rail O gauge suppliers as I'm a long time purchaser of Atlas equipment in other scales.
