Sent back a EM1 last week and received it yesterday, amazingly fast turn around. Great job Lionel.
We all moan and groan when things go wrong as I have before but when a mfg. does a good job, it's nice to let them and others know.

Lionel has been really good with me as well. When I had a problem with my Legacy Crescent's sound board, they fixed it in less than 2 weeks.
I had a recent 1 week turn (door-to-door) on a Lionmaster smoke unit issue.
They do make it easier to justify these purchases considering the issues that seem to pop up.
I also want to take the time to thank Lionel for the excellent and speedy service on 2 Legacy locos that I recently sent them. The Customer Service folks processing the RA's were great too. They received the locos and had them back on the brown truck the very next day. I received them today and they run great. I just wish that we never had to do this in the first place (new out of box issues).

I live in Pittsburgh. Ive had them picked up at work on Thursday and they where back when i get home on Tuesday evening. Amazing
