We all here about if a company does something wrong how about a story when they do something right!    I bought the Menards parking garage and a 3 plug AC adapter the idea was to power the building and a couple of cars. Since I got it and plugged it in the LED’s in the parking garage kept flickering. I unplugged the cars and even bought another 3 plug adapter but nothing worked. I really didn’t want to have to send this monster back so I emailed Menards customer service and the gentleman on the phone “Ray” was very helpful and gave me a few suggestions to try. When all that failed he told me he would send me “At no charge “ a single AC adapter and try that.  3 more amps made the difference! Below are 2 pics of the adapters the larger of the 2 is rated for 3 amps more.     Thank you Menards for excellent customer service and a permanent fix to my problem. 👍

Thanks for posting Chris!

Due to the amazing amount of LED lights (approx. 230), it looks like the 5 AMP power supply is the way to go. I asked our engineers and they said the power draw for the parking garage is about 3.73 amps. That mean's there's plenty of juice left over to power your Plug & Play cars.

I've update our website to make sure folks get the correct power supply.

Thanks again!
