Well, thanks to Pat of Pat's Trains, and Legacy Station, I was able to put together my latest acquisition. Sure, it's actually a Lionel Corporate Tinplate, but it's also O Gauge, so it's sort of a cross-over thread. I am showing it on the shelf layout (the only track I have that is currently active). I like the look of it set in front of the yellow walls. It really stands out. It is a PS-3, but I am running conventionally, and everything seems to work right now. I had a bit of trouble getting it to smoke, but after a little investigation and clean-up after making a mess of smoke fluid, it did start to smoke.
As far as the new layout goes, I have two pieces of benchwork built, with four more to construct. I plan to prewire as much as possible prior to adding the bench-top surfaces. I am also going to use some rope lighting underneath so I can make any future sub-structure work a bit easier.
