0 to 6 inches with more South of Springfield ...

From the Springfield Republican - masslive.com

Say that 10 times fast.
There's a nor'easter moving at us timed for Saturday. It will progress from the gulf coast to the Delmarva and track south of Cape Cod. We'll likely see at least a light accumulation of snow with a few inches here in western Massachusetts.

However, questions remain as to the exact track and the intensity of the storm's moisture field when it makes its closest pass Saturday evening. These factors will determine if we'll see a more moderate snowstorm or if it slides out to sea with little impact here.

The latest trend in computer guidance continues to keep most of the moisture south of us with northern parts of the Pioneer valley staying completely dry. It's a tough forecast as there will be a short distance between receiving no snow and 6 inches. In any case, it's a quick mover and will depart Saturday night.

Sunday is breezy, with sunshine but another Alberta clipper low pressure area approaches Monday with the chance for light snow during the day as our storm track remains active.
