Not yet. I suspect until Base3 is ready they'll hold off. Some of 1.72 for the Cab2 contains Base3 updates but I couldn't tell you what that is.
My hope is if there is a new release it will come before York that way those that want it can get the update while I am there but it's all dependent on Base3's release schedule.
We have 1.74 - I was going to wait to release it until closer to Base3 shipping in case we find any more changes, but things are looking clean now. I can have it put up on the service site so Marty can help people update at York.
While the changes are mostly centered around Base3 support, there have been a couple minor bug fixes in the Train and Route builders. Nothing major.

Will there be any Legacy base update?
I'm running a Cab1L/Base1L and Power Master, so this doesn't impact me, correct? ....at least until I upgrade to the Base 3.

Cab1L and Base1L are not impacted. There is no option to do any software updates to a Cab1L as far as I know.
