This is the project almost completed for our club Christmas Layout. It is a combination of both flashing led’s and small circuits found in children’s blinking pacifiers. The pacifiers run on 4.5 volts and have a circuit built in for the fast flash rate. At a $1.25 each and they have 3 led’s they are great for the price. The early model of the pacifier had 5 led’s but the new ones only have 3. I have removed the batteries and wired direct to the circuit board. I also removed the led’s and extended with wires to place the led’s where needed. I have included a video of how they are turning out. They will all run on one Lemax 4.5 volt WalWart. The building has 10 flickering led’s 6 gold and 4 red for the fire effect. Thank You to Walter for listing the K-line Fire Figures at a time when I needed them. For anyone who has not seen them they are great and I am surprised no one has made these. You can’t beat them for the price and the number in the set.

It was a fun project hope you enjoy.

Below is the audio file that will be used for the layout it is 1:19 in length, file size is 625kb mp3. The scene will be on a timer with a pushbutton to activate.

If you like the audio file you are free to use this one. It was created from free audio files found on the net and overlapped for multiple sounds. The mp3 is in the Zip file.
