Legacy 6-11207 or TMCC 6-38020 T-1

I have been looking for the 6-11207 and haven't found one. Is there much difference between the 11207 and the 38020? Are those that are selling the TMCC ones replacing them with the Legacy ones? This would be my first Legacy engine.

I am using Super O track so am limited to 0-36.
