I accidentally dropped my L Base about 20" to the floor (concrete) at the club recently.  I heard something rattling around which turned out to be the track ground plug which had come apart inside. Was able to reassemble it but it still wouldn't work. I double checked the Cab 2 remote and noticed that it said 'Base Not Found'.  I'm still not familiar with all the workings of the Legacy System due to not using it often these past two years and wasn't aware that it has multiple channels :-(.

Yesterday afternoon I went back over armed with a good set of batteries and tried it again. When I hit 'scan' it came up with CH 2 on the handheld but the engine still wouldn't respond. It ran fine with our TMCC Cab 1 set (that I had disconnected before hooking up the Legacy unit)

Went back and forth a twice to make certain the engine (a TMCC Geep set to Ch1) was operating correctly but the Legacy appears dead. I tried several 'ENG set' numbers to no avail.

Did the drop crack a component perhaps?  Guess it's off to Concord...
