I purchased legacy today and set it up. I have an atlas o train man gp-15 tmcc, set it up manually because it did not come with a module and it will not start up or move. I don't know know what else to do. Any help is appreciated!

Make sure you have the settings under tmcc and not legacy after you selected diesel and railsounds 5 instead of legacy sounds ..
Did you program an engine ID into your locomotive? Should have a PGM/RUN switch on it, see the related instructions in your loco manual.

Its under tmcc but I found that I did just have it on rail sounds not rail sounds 5. It moves while it starts up then cuts out and does the same thing over and over.
Does the engine behave as expected in conventional/transformer mode?
Do you have any other TMCC or Legacy locomotives, and if so, are they working properly?
