OK bought Legacy control system registered it w/ Lionel and now they are sending me upgrade 1.3.The first page of my Legacy manual says I have version 1.4

.Whats going on here???????

If you already have V1.4 installed, that's the latest software. You don't need the V1.3 modules at this point. Lionel Service doesn't know what version yours shipped with and just sent it out "in case".

Shouldnt Lionel send out the updates if you are a registered user?
