i am looking for people who sell these on or scale. I bought some at York a few years ago and put them in storage when I moved and now it is 2 years later and I can not get them to work off of ac accessory power. Anyone out there know anything? Thanks.

Can you post photos of the vehicles you are referring to?

If they have LED lights they may work only on DC?

Yes, but it will Be a while. Since I sent the original post I have learned they we bought from Jack Pearce at York. And they may require DC power. I plan to give DC a shot. Thanks

Good point, I will give that a try.
Thanks, Mike
I was also going to suggest talking to Jack Pearce at the next York meet. I bought a police car from him and I asked him if he sold the LED kits. He said that he tried that in the beginning but he used to get a lot of problem phone calls because most people would screw up the installation. Now he only provides the vehicles complete.
The only person I would trust to install LEDs in a diecast vehicle is Lee Willis.
Start with DC through a resistor with a variable power supply. I'd use a 470 ohm resistor and start with 2-3 volts and slowly bring the power up.
