Nice and I like the back drop.
What did you use for the load?
A piece of 5MM MDF or ply (57mm X 250mm) with white foam glued to it then carve to a mound painted with white glue sprinkled with Woodlands Buff ballast sprayed with white glue and water more sprinkles of ballast then left in the Hot West Aussie sun for 4 hours resulting in a very firm nothing loose load. Roo.
And by the way thanks to Dave and Jim for boosting my confidence in my ability I need it sometimes! Roo.

I can't imagine why, Roo. Your layout is a cracker.
I'm trying to find an excuse to visit to see it in the flesh.
Max thanks.
I'll have a locomotive idling and waiting for you. Roo.
Very nice. Who made the side-dump cars?
Hi Matt.
The side dump cars are MTH. Roo.
Neatly done!
Very nice. I like that you have different patches of ballast around the yard. It makes the scene even more convincing and adds interest.
