HELP! Will someone please tell me what is going on with my Factory Brand New Lionel lionchief Black Painted Parts?? I ordered a new set of couplers from Lionel and opened the package last night, this morning one set has white spots on them. I also have a Brand new lionel engine and tender sitting on the table upstairs, on one side of the tender - white spots just like the couplers?
