Mike R in his sequence dimenstration mentions various sounds will play automatically depending on whats going on, on the track. I havent used it enough to have this happen. I get the start sounds and horn blow when engine is moving but then it accelerates to preset RR speed and nothing happens. What do I need to do to hear these preprogramed sounds he mentions?

What engine? Not all of them have it.
You probably need to make a few speed changes. If you are at the 5 chevron speed setting, you'll get a grade crossing signal every now and again, but to get much more to happen in a short time, you need to drop a couple of speed steps or so, then speed back up again after a minute or so. Then you should hear several dialogues, horn signals etc.
Some legacy engines have whats call auto sequence you hold aux 1. If it has it the horn will beep .. When you move the horn will sound and will do some crew talk stuff..
My milwaukee 261 has it as holding the aux 1 key gives me the signal and then to speed step 1 for the stuff to start happening. I guess accelerating to one speed and holding it there does not call up much for action. I do get action as I slow down for a stop but none at a steady speed. 4 chevrons.
