Does anyone remember the thread where the Lionel Hudson was compared to the K-Line scale Hudson? If so, can you point me in that direction?

What I've "gathered" after reading the "hudson comparisons" is that the K Line hudson is an accurately detailed 1:48 model of a J1e. The VL hudson is a "modern reproduction" of Lionels classic 1937 700e which was based on the J1e and while sound and performance are outstanding the vl hudson retains some of the detail lack/inaccuracies retaining the "mystic" of the original. Personally I'm waiting for a legacy J3a but thats for another thread

Calling Scott Smith and/or Rod Stewart. Could you guys post a video of your K-Line Hudson running please? Both of these locomotives were converted to PS2 with great smoke. Should be impressive.

Don't forget that Scott's loco was upgraded by JDS and features the smoking whistle!
