I purchased a nice Lionel 101 bridge awhile back, and eventually found some 3-tie track sections that fit it. When fitting the track, it quickly becomes obvious that the sections won't butt perfectly and the track joiners must be bent slightly to accommodate the grade-change (pictured here slightly askew to illustrate the angle):
Were these bridges supplied with purpose-designed track sections? Presuming the joiners will need to be bent, what's the best way to do that? Probably about a 15-degree bend is required.
Thanks for any input.
