Yes, I said the same to myself, but I thought if they have the green available, should be no problem finding the correct black color, can't find the Lionel part number for the replacements, Thanks Frank.

Thank You very much, will try to find them now that I have a part number. 

This is not a part that many people are likely to stock, I'd grab the green ones before they're gone.  Painting a small part like that is probably going to be easier than scouring the earth for the elusive black steps.

Why would you want anything green on a locomotive that was intended for industrial switching and would never have been seen in anything but black ?

DUH!  If you can't find them in black, you can paint the green ones.  Maybe reading the whole post would help in your comprehension.
