Does anyone on here have this loco? I have the 18045 regular version, and I know they made a real dark one (dont remember the number off hand), but can someone post a pic of this weathered one for me?
Thanks!

I have the light silver version, even though its the wrong silver I still like the look. The whistle is still the best once I ever heard. The one chuff per rev is a drag now that I have heard 4, maybe one day I will figure how to get it up to at least 2

I have the light silver one, and I've always had mixed feelings about it. Some days I like it, and some days I want it repainted. The whistle is fabulous. I'd like to know what others have found about not just its pulling power but the speed it can achieve. I find that it really never gets up a good head of steam, and it seem as though its not able to get out of 1st gear.

Finally found the Black/Gunmetal #18063 sealed in the box. Won it at a private auction. Not bad for 400.00! According to a recent guide, less then 600 were made. It was uncatalogued in 1999, only a dealer flyer was available. I also just bought the 6 black/gray (including the rare 2 pack) NYC Heavyweights from 1997-1999 to go with this engine. Photos to follow soon.
