If you're a TCA member, I have seen these at York. Not cheap in any condition. Make sure that Mickey can shovel, in particular with the original moving parts - I've seen a couple with hand-formed replacements. Good luck.
As suggested above, you may find some of these cars in the Blue Hall at York. For many years, a table in the southeast corner of the building had several original Mickey Mouse cars.
