Lionel 2820 Floodlight Car

Hello,

I just bought a used Lionel 2820 Prewar Floodlight car. It has auto couplers. I haven't figured out how to use them or even if they work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to try posting over in the tinplate forum. That’s where most of the knowledgeable guys who operate prewar hang out. If it has box couplers I found a video on YouTube showing them in operation. I’ll link it in my post. https://youtu.be/XhPVjaULnvw
