Last year I purchased a 6468-25 that was missing both doors on one side. The price was right ($5). Trainz had the doors but only one in the black color. The other door was blue plastic. Trainz also had the door guide(s) and the door guide drive studs. I was able to get a good color match on the door by painting with the Krylon Black Semi-gloss spray paint. A few pictures are below.
