Does anyone have any updates?

The NW2 boxes show a June '17 production date
they have said that there are some FCC issues so it may be a while.
The cameras passed FCC testing. The cameras are being made now. Then they'll be sent to the factory that makes the cars.
I would estimate late spring or so until they're done. No info on the APPs yet nor have I finished writing the manual yet.
First round of 21" cars are here. They started shipping out last week, so they should be at some dealers already if not soon.

Dave,
Which cars are part of the 1st round?
- Southern Pacific: Here
- Amtrak: Here
- NYC ESE #2: Here
- Pennsy Broadway limited: On the water
- Penn Central: On the water
- CSX: On the water
- AFT: On the water
- UP Excursion: On the water
- Conrail: On the water
- Burlington Northern: On the water
- ACL: To be built still
Of course the above doesn't include the Theater Cars or Full Dome cars as that tooling is still being made.
No point in asking when the ones on the water will be in because I just don't know. Thanks!
The UP Excursion, is that the staionsounds diner car?
My little 8yr old Train buddy is already getting me to put a 32" monitor in the corner of the layout room for when this product arrives. He wants to be ready. (Dave you met him at the Legacy User Group meeting at Fall York. He was the little kid afraid of the catalog ferry!)
Jim
Is there a thread someone could link to with the theater car concept explained and or illustrated?
I used to think video touring or maybe even controlling distant trains online would be an interesting project. Maybe it's one for the software dept.?
...."layout sharing"
Sometimes you'd rather watch others run your trains while you watch

See page 34 of this catalog:
Hi does anyone know when these will be shipped out? I want to get the CSX version.
@Dave Olson any updates on these cars?
I had received the first tooled and built sample. Had a few comments for the factory and they're making some minor tweaks to the tooling now. Then I'll need to see another sample before I approve for production. I foresee production starting likely late next month on these.
