I followed the thread by ByronB and his search for his SF cars and it made me wonder. I have the Lionel CZ set from 1992, maybe growing a little tired of the silhouettes. Has Lionel ever done a windowed set similar the the SF set 15312 in 15" cars??

They did. 2003 I think? I don't know the number off hand.
Jeff T - In 2003 Lionel produced a Chicago, Burlington & Quincy California Zephyr 4-car set with detailed interiors including passenger figures (6-15311) which is displayed in their 2003 Volume 1 catalog, and a matching 2-car add-on set (6-29149) which is in their 2003 Volume 2 catalog.
