Let me take a wild guess at this. Pretty certain it goes to ground. You can ground it to frame or tie it into one of the wires that go to ground. Should be a two wire power connector that plugs into the motherboard. There may be more than one depending how your mother board is wired. Usually a red and black wire going to the plug. Put an ohm meter from the black wire on the plug and other to the chassis. There should be no or little resistance between the two. This is a source of ground.
