I understand why they keep extending it, to get more sales and money. But I also wish they wouldn't, so that they can start building them already. The sooner they start building, the sooner it's in my hot little hands.

As far as we've been told, there is no new tooling. It is the same tooling used on Legacy BB a few years back, just updated electronics and such.
I'm also in favor of pre-orders being done. Can't wait to have this one in my hands.

Nothing sinister here gang. Lionel just had some clerical issues that caused us (direct accounts and wholesalers) to get our order forms late. Our order was in on time (thanks to our new data base) but others were not. We have since re-opened the pre-order form on the web site. So YOU get an advantage!
