Today I put a new Lionel C&O 2-8-8-2 H-7 articulated on the track(Gargraves). It ran about 10 feet where it then encountered a basic Ross switch. The pony truck and the front drivers went through the switch fine, but the rear drivers keep derailing. It is as though the fireman's side of the engine rises up just before it derails. Inspected the rollers, trailing truck motion and could find nothing. Any thoughts or similar experiences with either the C&O or the UP version of this beautiful engine?
