Lionel Legacy UP Heritage The Katy 6-28263 Shell

Not sure if I should post this here or somewhere else, but I am looking for a shell for a UP Heritage 6-28263. Found a locomotive on eBay and wasn't paying full attention to the pics. There is a missing panel just below and slightly to the right of the smoke stack on the left side, if looking head on. I have scoured the Internet but no luck. From Lionel's part breakdown, there doesn't appear to be any subparts to the shell. If anyone has a line on something like this, please let me know.
