I have programed the a unit as eng 1 and the b unit as eng 2. Now I can't figure out how to give them a lashup number. Please help. Also when I press the horn button on the sound dummy a all I can hear is a faint buzz and not the f3 horn as it should sound.

Hi,to start I would'nt use eng# 1 and 2 For ID's use the last 2 digits in the roadnumber. All engines are shipped from Lionel as engine 1.
What control system are you useing,TMCC original,Lite,or Legacy
If TMCC,you need press train-then an ID # and add the engines in the consist (lash-up)

using legacy controller in the tmcc mode.
First you give each engine a number, I second the recommendation to avoid #1.
Press the TR button, that's to the left of the SET button.
Press the number of the train, from 1 to 9.
Press the INFO button.
Now you can build the train, if you want to name it, you can at this screen, the BUILD softkey will allow you to specify the individual units for the MU.
