I was just reviewing Lionel's New catalogue on line and noticed the page showing their 2-8-0 offering has a red oval advertising "WHISTLE SMOKE". This will be a nice added feature for such a reasonably priced steam engine. Due the lower price point and the illustrations do not show smoke coming from the locomotive, I am wondering if this is correct.
As a Southern fan, I am already interested in the 630, I hope it is accurate.
Anyone know for sure?
