I had to ship an engine to Lionel for warranty repair.

The young lady was very professional and before we hung up

I had the E mail with the RA number in front of me.

Then it went south...

She told me to package it as if were going to be used as a football.

Scheeze. Ohio State has one good year in football and

now the whole state references it. All I have to say is...

GO BLUE !!
