Too many times all we hear are the negatives...two weeks ago my Lionchief Polar Express quit working after a session with the grandkids, much to their dismay. I sent a note to Lionel service, they responded quickly, offered several suggestions. I tried everything...sent in the board...they tested...sent me a new one and all within a matter of a 2 week period. Katie and Angel S did a great job. Many thanks. Old 1225 is again pulling the Polar Express passenger load to the North Pole.
