Lionel Sherman Hill Set with Big Boy and Sherman tanks

Greetings all,

Recently got out my O gauge Lionel train sets for the kids, and of course me too. Running three ovals. Polar Express with extra cars. UPS Centennial with extra cars. Neiman Marcus holiday train set. We’ve been having fun. Saw the Lionel Sherman Hill with Sherman tanks. Mixes my two favorite things Big Boys and tanks. Lol. My question is the 4004 in the set a cheaper version of Lionels Big Boys? I thought they were much more expensive?
