I FIND THAT USING ALL CAPS IS SO OFFENSIVE THAT I PROBABLY WON'T BE ABLE TO SLEEP TONIGHT AND WILL MORE THAN LIKELY GIVE UP MODEL RAILROADING AS A HOBBY!!!! REALLY you take time out of your business day to help us know what going on with lionel's shipping schedule so we can try to plan our purchases and some people can't accept that your helping us no matter if its in caps or not. for one i appreciate the info.

all i stated was i appreciated the info whether it was in caps or not. it had nothing to do with etiquette or not just stating the fact that i appreciated the info. where did i state that i am against proper etiquette on the internet. what i find most interesting in all this is 3 marty's are the ones making the most noise on this posting and that pat actually changed all this to non capital letters. so isn't this a moot point? marty
