Have one on my layout - it's the centerpiece to the layout.  They take up a lot of real estate but well worth it. Visitors always remark on how cool it is that is raises then turns to the open position. I used a couple of Fastrack/Tubular transition pieces to utilize it.IMG_0992IMG_0994_1301932

Yes they take up a lot of room, but worth the space. Thanks for your pictures!! They show how you approached the subject of installation.
