I saw this news story on a local website that needs a subscription but here is the trains.com version. This is a cute and well run little operation just west of me. To combat problems in the winter for their current loco the hooked up a standard house water heater with a pump to circulate warm water to keep the engine block warm. They always have been fun and once my son and I were able to ride in the cab of the little SW9, lots of fun.
