I posted this in the 2 rail forum but not much response. I've seen them in pictures, most on 2 rail layouts but they were O scale. Static detail piece (non operational), and I know Details West makes them out of white metal in HO scale. Maybe they were scratch built for O scale layouts by some one.

I don't know if this would work for what you are looking for but the Ross switches have the throw bar sticking out both sides. This will allow you to mount a switch machine on one side and a manual throw on the other. Just do not connect the manual throw.
If you mount a switch machine under the layout you could model any type of switch machine to mount on top. Remember, its all Hollywood anyway.

The Caboose industries manual throw is probably the closest thing if you add a little fake motor next to it.
I have Ross switches and Tortoise switch machines mounted underneath the layout. The Caboose ground throw looks nothing like a dual control switch. I've seen them out there on layouts, thats why I posted it here, asking for help locating them. They do exsist.

Either Precision Scale or Kiel Line. Don't have my catalogs near.

That might be it Gene. Keil Line has a listing for switch motor dummy (2) part # 48132 but no one has a picture online. Maybe your catalog has a pic? THANK YOU
