I recently purchased a Century Club M10000 off of eBay. Today I ran it for the first time. At first it ran just fine. I had some problems with the leading truck making left turns so I pulled it from the track. I loosened up the truck and now that part of it works fine. When I restored the train to the track it is either full speed or practically at a standstill. Needless to say, it is not very pleasant to run it this way. Is there a reset or something else that can be done to restore the function of the throttle? I'm wondering if I hit something on the controller which has caused the train to function this way. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately, you are finding out late, there was a discovered issue that can short the motor driver.

Your "runaway" problem might just be a cracked magnet ring- but again, while checking and doing that fix- another flaw was found that I highly recommend you fix to prevent a major problem.
